I've tested some famous Network Monitor Software for our system, after testing time with me the Top Network Monitor Software at list bellow:
1. Solarwinds Network Performance Monitor
2. PRTG Network Monitor from Paessler
3. ManageEngine OpManager
4. Nagios
5. Zabbix
6. Datadog
7. Incinga
Due to the limit of cost, I picked Zabbix for us to use to monitor our system. the only thing i dont like Zabbix is MAP page on mobile devices.

The interested is you can add your bot to a group on Telegram, so all IT guys in IT dept can get notification when the system having problem.
